INDIGENOUS RELATIONS

Crosslands aims to make a lasting, positive contribution to mid-west communities, both large and small. We are proud that what we do here rewards everyone – through providing jobs, encouraging more local spending, promoting new businesses and investment and by supporting local community groups and activities.

One of Crosslands’ key goals is to form meaningful partnerships with indigenous communities and organisations that will benefit us all. We are committed to improving cross-cultural understanding and promoting mutual respect. We are also investing in indigenous employment and training programs. This includes recuritment of a full time trainer/mentor to assist our new indigenous employees.

Crosslands plans to play a big part in the development of our mid-west, and we believe together, we can create a better future for everyone.
