Crosslands strives to ensure the health and safety of our people as well as the communities in which we operate. We endeavour to maintain an injury-free workplace at all times. We have appropriate policies in place to identify, assess and manage risks and hazards, as well as strict reporting procedures.

At Crosslands, we believe safety is the collective responsibility of every individual. All employees and contractors are required to practise safe working habits and we are actively involved in further training and enhancing employee skills. We want to develop an awareness of how important health and safety measures are and we undertake to constantly monitor and assess our performance in these areas.

It is our aim to promote a culture of responsibility and care that assures the health and safety of all of Crosslands’ people, as well as everyone we deal with. A major consideration is the impact our operations have on the lives of mid-west residents – we want to ensure that every contribution we make to our community is positive and lasting.
